Delivery & General Conditions of Sale

1. Pictures:

The photos on the site are not contractual but are here by way of example.

They are properties of Light And Bubble. Any use must be requested from the company.

2. Price:

The prices are indicated in Swiss francs, all taxes included. Light And Bubble reserves the right to modify them freely and at any time. The current price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Resellers can contact Light And Bubble (fls@lightandbubble.com) to obtain the reseller price list as well as the special conditions relating thereto.

3. Availability:

All Light And Bubble products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. For this reason, Light And Bubble does not guarantee the availability of items. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Payment:

Payment is made in Swiss francs by Paypal, by credit card, by Apple pay or by Twint.

5. Delivery:

Delivery is made by Swiss Post against signature and with tracking number.

The preparation time before sending is 3 to 5 working days.

Once shipped the delivery time for Switzerland is 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery costs are free from CHF 99.00 of purchase for Switzerland.

International delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and can be viewed during checkout.

6. Upon receipt of the package

The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods.

Our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, our responsibility ceases as soon as the shipment is taken over by the carrier. In case of loss, please contact us by email. In case of deterioration of the package, you must make a complaint to the post office and only accept the package once this complaint has been made.

7. Wrong address / parcel refused / unclaimed at the post office

If the post office returns a parcel for the authentic reason: the recipient does not live at the address indicated, "parcel refused" or "unclaimed at the post office" Light And Bubble will cancel and refund the order by deducting the amount of the shipping and return costs. The customer will have to place his order on the site and correct his address, the shipping costs will then be at his expense.

8. Customs and import taxes:

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. Light And Bubble is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon receipt of the package. Returns and complaints following delivery errors are to be claimed accompanied by a photo immediately by email to the address: fls@lightandbuble.com. It is with pleasure that we will be able to reimburse you or exchange the product in question (depending on the stock available). In case of deterioration of the package, you must make a complaint to the post office and only accept the package once this complaint has been made.

If your item is undamaged, we accept returns on *certain items for up to 14 days following receipt. After this period, the delivery is considered accepted.

Returned items must be in their original unopened packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Mystery Boxes
  • orders with special reseller price
