- Monthly billing, no commitment — cancel anytime
- Subscriptions are shipped at the beginning of each month
- The candle of the month is available until the 14th of each month or while supplies last. If your order is placed on or after the 15th, you will receive the following month's box (e.g., order on March 15th → April box)
Cancellation policy
Due to the personalized nature of this made-to-order product, cancellations are not accepted. The product is neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor cancellable.

All items ordered with your Candle of the Month Club subscription will be shipped at the beginning of the following month, without exception. Separate shipping of your other items is possible for an additional CHF 9.00 — simply indicate this in the "Special Instructions" box when finalizing your order. A payment link will be sent to you.
