How does it work?
- Monthly billing, no commitment — cancel at any time
- Subscriptions are shipped at the beginning of each month
- The candle of the month is available until the 14th of each month or while supplies last. If your order is placed on or after the 15th, you will receive the following month's box (e.g., order on March 15 → April box)
Return & cancellation policy
Your subscription is commitment-free: cancel at any time via your customer account or by contacting us directly, before the next billing cycle.
Due to the personalized nature of this made-to-order product, order cancellations are not accepted. The product is neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor cancellable once the order has been placed.
🔴 Caution — Order separately
For ecological reasons, all items ordered with your Candle of the Month Club subscription will be shipped together during your candle's next shipment. To receive your other products within standard timeframes, we invite you to place two separate orders.
